Talk to the studio

Send a short brief of the operation that is costing hours. Name the desk, the systems already in use, and whether the documents may leave Singapore. We read every message at Everydayintelligence and reply within one working day, usually with a view on whether a two-week discovery sprint is the right next step. We do not use the form to send newsletters.

If you would rather telephone, call during studio hours. If you would rather visit, write first so someone is at the table. The map in the footer marks 52 Bukit Pasoh Road.

Finding 52 Bukit Pasoh Road

Leave Outram Park and walk into Bukit Pasoh Road. The building entrance is at street level. Take the lift to the third storey; #03-05 is signed in the corridor. If you arrive by taxi, ask for 52 Bukit Pasoh Road and come up rather than waiting in the lobby. Paid street parking nearby is limited. Most visitors use the train. Arrive a few minutes before the time we agree so the conversation can start on the hour.

What helps in a brief

Name the desk

Which team loses the hours, and what they currently open: a shared drive, a matter system, Slack, a ledger. A sentence about volume — dozens of questions a day, hundreds of PDFs a month — is enough for us to see the shape. You do not need a cleaned data warehouse before you write.

Name the constraint

Say if the files must stay in Singapore, or in your own environment. That single line changes the stack we would even propose. If you are unsure, say so; discovery is partly for that question.

Name a counterpart

We need someone who can walk us through the work and who can decide, in a week, whether a miss is acceptable. If that person is not yet chosen, say so. We can still reply. We cannot start a sprint without them.
