Privacy notice
This notice explains how Everydayintelligence handles personal data sent through this website. The studio operates from 52 Bukit Pasoh Road, #03-05, Singapore 089853. For privacy requests, write to [email protected] or telephone +65 6871 3405. We were founded in 2026. This website is hosted in Singapore. The notice covers the public site and the enquiry form. Client work under a separate agreement is handled in that agreement.
The form
What we collect through the form
The brief form asks for your name, e-mail address, an optional organisation name, an optional telephone number, a topic from a fixed list, and a message. A consent tick is required. A hidden timing field and an unused “website” field are present only to reduce automated abuse. We do not ask for identity numbers or payment card details on this site.
The form does not store submissions in a database on the web server. A valid submission is used to prepare a reply from our working mailbox. Invalid submissions are rejected and are not kept. We do not build a marketing list from the form, and we do not send newsletters from it.
Purpose
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use the details solely to reply to your enquiry, to judge whether a discovery sprint is appropriate, and to keep a short working note of that correspondence until the enquiry is closed. If you later become a client, project records are a separate artefact under the engagement terms.
We rely on your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and on the need to respond to a request you have made. You may refuse consent; in that case we cannot use the form to reply. You may withdraw consent by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect a reply we have already sent.
Under Singapore’s PDPA, organisations are expected to collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate, and to allow individuals to access and correct that data. We treat an enquiry as such a purpose, limited to answering you about work with this studio.
Retention
How long we keep it, and who we pass it to
Unconverted enquiries — messages that do not lead to an engagement — are kept for up to 12 months so that we can resume a conversation if you write again, then deleted from our working mailbox. If work follows, correspondence about the project is kept under the engagement file, which is a different record from this web form.
We do not sell or rent enquiry details. We do not pass them to advertisers. The website is hosted by a hosting provider in Singapore that processes traffic in order to serve the pages. Google Fonts and Google Maps are loaded from Google’s services when you view the site; those services may process technical data as described in the cookie notice. We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
Requests
Your rights, and updates to this notice
You may ask what enquiry data we still hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] from the address you used on the form, or include enough detail for us to find the thread. We will respond within a reasonable period. Because the form itself does not write to a database, a deletion request applies to the working copy of the correspondence.
If we change how the form works, we will update this page and the date line at the top. The only year referenced on this site is 2026, which is the year the studio opened and the year of this notice.
