What this site is

The pages describe the studio’s practice, anonymised case material, journal notes, and a way to send a brief. They are information about Everydayintelligence. A proposal, a licence to use any system we have built for a client, or professional advice on a specific operation would be a separate document. An engagement starts only when both sides have signed written terms for that work.

Case material

Dossiers and teasers are anonymised at our clients’ request. Figures indicate the scale and shape of the work rather than audited results. You may not treat a number on these pages as a guarantee of a similar outcome. You may not attempt to identify a client from the write-ups.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Text, layout, and the signal-fan mark on this site belong to Everydayintelligence unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not copy the site, the dossiers, or the mark for your own commercial use without written permission. Photographs are used under the licences by which we obtained them and are not offered for reuse from this server.

You may browse the pages and send a genuine brief. You may not use the form to send bulk messages, to inject content into headers, or to probe the hosting. You may not attempt to interrupt the service or to access files that are not linked from the public pages. We may ignore or block submissions that look automated.

The enquiry form and availability

Sending a brief does not create a contract for work. We will reply within one working day when the studio is open, unless the submission fails the checks described in the privacy notice. We may decline work that sits outside the practice, and we may be full. A discovery sprint, if offered, is priced and scoped in a separate note.

The site is served from shared hosting in Singapore. We aim to keep it available during ordinary hours. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove a page. The privacy notice and cookie notice form part of these terms.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Everydayintelligence is not liable for loss arising from your use of the public website, from reliance on anonymised case descriptions, or from a form submission that does not reach us because of a network or filter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes about the website. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in force. We will date any update at the top of this page.
